Purchaser ID Program
The Purchaser ID Card program is a system that has been used at Nu Way since September of 2003. It helps you and Nu Way to insure that all charges on your account are valid. ID cards are issued to all of the employees that are authorized by you to purchase on your account.This system is used for both in-store orders and phone orders. All ID cards have a four digit “pass code” which are used to verify phone orders.
All ID cards are mailed to your billing address unless otherwise instructed. Instructions are sent with the cards detailing procedures for activation, usage, additions/deletions and other pertinent information.
This system protects both companies from theft, insures billing accuracy and, in conjunction with future updates, assists both companies with tracking and reconciling account data.
